OUTFIT | MICKEY

UNIF top / Lazy Oaf x Disney trousers / ASOS cap / ASOS fishnet tights / Converse trainers

As someone who previously lived in dresses and skirts and avoided wearing jeans and trousers at all costs, it's safe to say my style has evolved quite a bit since my vintage tea dress and peter pan collar days. That's why I've always struggled to describe my personal style, it seems to change day to day depending on my mood but for now I've really been enjoying the freedom of being able to kick around windy London town without flashing anyone. I think a big part of my newly discovered trouser obsession comes down to the fact that I've recently found a few pairs that have fit me well, which I've always found to be a bit of a chore with my body shape. One of these is this corduroy pair from the Lazy Oaf collaboration with Disney. The waistband fits perfectly without having to belt it which is a rare occurrence for me in the trouser universe and I love the overall 'mom jeans' style silhouette, not to mention the Mickey Mouse detail... just too cute! Usually when I mix prints, I'll go for one of them being a stripe so it's failsafe and although this top is more on the louder end of the stripe spectrum, I don't think it looks too garish with the trousers.

How would you describe your personal style? Hope you have a wonderful Easter if you celebrate too!
