OUTFIT | PUMPKIN PATCH

I'm currently typing this on my phone on a train back to London because I'm a terrible blogger but I really wanted to get a post up to wish you all a happy Halloween! If you've followed my social media you would've seen that I spent the weekend in Birmingham doing all things Peaky Blinders related so my only chance to dress up was my Eleven cosplay a few days ago. I did get the opportunity to become the biggest blogger clichรฉ and visit a pumpkin patch last week though (it was my first time ever) and I'm super pleased with these photos we shot. The pumpkin patch we chose is called PYO Pumpkins and is located in Rochester which is approximately a 45 minute train ride away from London. It was super muddy that day but my beloved ASOS boots that have accompanied me from vintage dresses to cosplays stood the test and came out a winner after a simple wipe down afterwards. I wore these new paperbag waist trousers that were even comfier than I had expected which I really rate for travelling (these honestly feel like the softest pyjama pants) paired with a jumper from the best high street store for knits in my opinion: & Other Stories. I don't know what drew me to this one first, the frilled sleeve detail or the bird print which coincidentally looks like a mockingbird? Anyway I love pairing navy and orange together, contrasting shades on the colour wheel always work a treat. Topped the look off with another well loved, older piece from my collection, this rust coloured hat. Even witchier vibes achieved.

We ended up going home with four tiny pumpkins seeing as we didn't have the strength to carry any more or any bigger on the train. I think they're still chilling in the kitchen at the moment but planning to perhaps make a soup out of them tonight as they're way too tiny and fiddly to carve. Hope you've all had a spooktastic Halloween weekend!
